It only says Tea Forte on the bottom of the actual cup, but the paper on the bottom of the wooden box says "designed in the USA, product of China" . Hope that helps. Have a great day!!

Is it microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, so stated on the bottom of the box in which it ships.

Does this cup meet California Proposition 65 lead safe standards?

My understanding is that WHITE dishes are the safest from lead.
