They were received without error.
This is an excellent product for pore minimizer for my face. Unfortunately, it is very expensive and must be used minimully and wisely. Not a product that can be used every day because of the cost. Not an Amazon problem, as this is expensive from the manufacturer. iT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

I Love This Product!
I love this product and have noticed a difference in my skin since using it. The price tag is a little on the higher side, but it’s truly well worth. I would definitely recommend this product for any skin type. I have combination skin and it does wonders!

For clean, clear sensitive skin, try this.
I didn't realize all the make-up and dirt was left on my face even after I had used a facial wipe to clean it! I was amazed to find loads of make-up and grime that I wiped off with just a few drops of Redefine on a cotton pad. My large pores on my nose gradually minimized after a few weeks of using Redefine nightly. Blackheads rarely appear and when they do, are very small and easily taken care of. My sister-in-law said that my skin was radiant and clear. Best product I've ever used. p.s. I have very sensitive skin!

Caused Skin Reaction
I ordered the following from the Redefine line: Clay Facial Wash, the Enhancement Exfoliation Scrub, Toner, Intensive Renewing Serum, Restorative Overnight Cream, Eye Cream, and Lip Serum. After a few days of use, my skin had a reaction of itching and breaking out. My skin also felt drier than it had before beginning this regimen. The lip serum did nothing to hydrate my lips, and the clay facial wash didn't feel like it was cleaning as effectively as the soap I had been using previously. I'm in the process of returning all of the above items. A bummer, as I had high hopes after reading other positive reviews.
