I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this skirt. I am normally a large, and an xl fit perfectly. You definitely have to size up, as other reviews suggest. I wore this to a concert so that I could get away without bringing a purse. It worked so well and is super cute. I got many compliments on it. My phone fit in the pocket and stayed in while going up and down stairs in the stadium. Very customizable with the little eyelet belt that it's included with.
