Will this fit a croscill soap dispenser?

It fit my cross I’ll - saved me from disposing of a very nice soap dispenser.

Will this pump fit a patron bottle. most i find are too small as patron has a wider opening!

I don't really know what a patron bottle is. My pump dispenser on my product that in my bathroom set bought at Bed, Bath and Beyond stopped dispensing the liquid soap. The replacement that I bought at Bed, Bath and Beyond did not work. This loos beautiful and works perfectly. I hope this answer helps.
