No problem at all with the product just some advice, it would be ideal if a booklet explaining how to use is included, explaining each board and also the preparation that needs to be done before use as in programming the crystal and general preparation before use as some people may buy and just go in gung ho without knowing possible consequences as in over use of the crystal and how to cleanse and also how to store them safely and as with my with my Tarot and Runes, i've had to purchased a velvet/satin bag to store, which also could have been included, I've been using similar items off and on over the past 50yrs and before using this set i got books to refresh my knowledge, not really needed but i wanted to be sure but other than what i've previously said, nice little item.
