Not a replacement for exercise
I've tried it but nothing will replace proper diet and exercises like intense double jumps

I deal with degenerative arthritis in my spine,clavicle and Vitamin D deficiency hereditary so I go through it. Aches, pains,always worrying about falling because I can break something so easily.
