I received the rack and dumbbells. The dumbbells are pairs of 5’s, 10’s, 15’s, 20’s and 25’s.

5 1/4 inches inside the weights

Mine all arrived at the same time. If I remember correctly the dumbbells were in a couple of boxes and the rack was in a separate box. But all arrived at the exact same time.
