GloFish Live Fish Collections (Tetra Basic)

I ordered 6 fish and 1 died several days later and I was refunded for it. Other fish all look good. I believe ordering these fish when its below freezing is not the best idea. Shipping was overnight and they were packed well. I would use this company again because they did a good job. I've had these fish for 2 weeks today and im glad I ordered them this way. A side note, I read the instructions step by step for adding the fish to the tank and I had a cycled empty tank that I used for these fish. Thanks again.

These fish are beautiful, lively and healthy. This was the first time I'd ordered a living animal through Amazon and I honestly wasn't expecting them to be as healthy and lively as they were when they were delivered. I love the color assortment and with proper lighting and the specialized food, they really do look like they are glowing brilliantly. I've had them now over 6 months and they're still going strong.

Fish arrived promptly and in seemingly good health. They swam, fed, and seemed happy for about a week. I noticed ich on them and now several of the new fish and the ones that were there before have died and the whole tank population is collapsing. I tried an ich cure but I think it was too late. I am pretty sure (not positive) that the ich came with the new fish as I have never had this problem in this tank before and there is no issue with overcrowding (30 gal tank had five small fish previously). I loved the idea of getting my fish delivered and the fish were exactly as pictured. If you do go this route you may want to quarantine your new stock to rule out any potential infectious diseases and yes I know, this could happen if you buy these from a pet store and my intent is not to steer anyone away from this vendor.

I was very skeptical to buy fish online. We have lost so many glow fish after purchasing them through petsmart I was ready to give up. Petsmart actually told us the last time we took the dead ones back to them they would not replace them for us. We would put the fish in and they would die within hours. We received the fish, I opened the box and to my belief they were swimming around and looked great. Of course, I assumed I would put them in the tank and watch them die. It has been two weeks and they all look great. I will definitely order again. I don't know why these are doing so well especially living in a bag for so long compared to petsmart. Our grandkids love watching them.

I love them so much and they sent an extra two but I have the most beautiful fish and they all have there on personality for real 🥰😍😘

All my GloFish were good, except for two. One is dying (blue tetra) and the other one had ich (green tetra). I had to spend money and time to medicate. I would buy again because any retailer would have ich problems. However, considering how expensive each fish is, you’d think they can afford ich medication at their breeding facilities...I am giving them “high stars” because they immediately refunded the one with ich, so their customer support team deserves credit. Would buy from them again. You know. Once the blue one dies

Update I ordered 6 from Sold by GloFish. 3 passed away. Due to shipping slips in wrong boxes I was allowed to keep the extra fish for free and they told me they would still send out my 3 tetras. You couldn't ask for better customer service. Make sure it states shipped by GloFish. There is a difference in the 2 companies. I love my GloFish I ordered 12, 2 of each color. 1 did arrive with Ick ad infected another one. But I contacted the company and I asked for replacement fish and I quickly received them. No problems since. On November 16, 2018 I still have my12. I will be ordering from GloFish again. 05/23/20I8 still have 6 left so I feel like I am getting my moneys worth. Will be ordering 12 more again for another tank.

Fish tank kit is cheap.. no heater.. no rocks.. 1 fish died les than a week later because it was WAY smaller than the rest of the fish and they killed it :(

I received outstanding support from Quins Fins and will buy all my future pet fish from them. They have amazing service. Even though there was a delay at customs the fish I received were healthy and lovely. I'm very happy and grateful!

Fish arrived in a couple of days, packaged excellent and super healthy! 3 months later and all fish are thriving! Very satisfied!!
