Perfect for my college bound twins.
I looked at hundreds of kits before choosing this one. It is very well organized, and is quite comprehensive and of high quality. My son, who took a wilderness fitst aid recently, in particular, was quite happy with it. He liked that I added extra triangular bandages and he will add some KT tape and may switch out a few other things, but we agree it's very good value. I also added a couple of hand warmers, a pack of hydrocolloid blister bandages, a burn gel pad and water purification tablets. I may be forgetting a few other minor things. I plan to add a permanent marker and perhaps a disposable thermometer. This is mostly based on advice of several emergency preparadness articles I read while looking for a good kit. I also will give them batteries for the flashlight (to be kept out until needed). And some more safety pins. The only thing that didn't impress me were the shears; they seemed flimsy. I didn't test them, since they also have a leatherman and a Swiss army knife.

For the size and price, this is an amazing deal
As you can see from the description the kit is well equipped for most first aid and light trauma making it ideal for the trunk of the car. That way you can grab it if needed in home, respond to roadside accidents or take it with you on a hike to the campsite. The removable MOLLE panel on the back exposes male-side velcro so I stuck it right to the carpet of my trunk without the need for straps and it held up under very spirited driving in my sports car. Though I haven't used any yet, most the items (important) seem to be good quality and everything is labeled really well. Very easy to navigate and identify everything in the bag. Let's talk about the bag besides the MOLLE mounting and strong velcro, it is bright red with the cross on it and that screams emergency in all languages with reflective piping for safety. Some items are really cheap/flimsy such as the CPR mask, gloves and flashlight though better than nothing. I threw a tourniquet in mine to really round it out but that bag is pretty stuffed so don't expect to make many personal additions.

Essential First Aid Kit: A Must-Have for Every Road Trip!
We were gearing up for a long trip, and I wanted a first aid kit that could handle most emergency situations. With some combat life-saving skills and experience under my belt, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and this kit fit the bill perfectly. It comes with almost everything youโd need in case of an emergencyโtruly a must-have for any vehicle, because you never know when you might need it. The way it is packaged makes everything easy to find and access when you need it, making it very functional. The case is great: easy to pack, stays organized, and even includes clear instructions. Peace of mind on the road is priceless, and this kit ensures weโre ready for whatever comes our way. Highly recommended for any traveler!

Great Baseline Kit For Most Situations
Recently needed to upgrade and replenish my kit; located this one and couldn't be more pleased. It comes with a solid inventory and organization that allowed me to add my own personal touched with clotting powders, headlamps, waterproof tactical pen, knife, LED, wound cleansers, and more. This company makes other smaller kits that suit those needs, but I was pleased to upgrade to this one for the size and supplements I could place in it to fit my personal needs. Not all kits have what you need because you should always tailor to your mission.

Very Well Organized
I was very happy with this product. I have applied first aid several times and have always carried a first aid kit with me. In the past I have created my own first aid kit. I wanted something better organized. This one checks all the boxes. It fits nicely on the back of head rest in my truck. My suggestion is, when you get this - go through it and get familiar with it. It's not enough to just have it, you need to know how to use it as well. Take the tourniquet out and try applying it if you have never applied one before. I also appreciate the trash bags that it comes with. Also, the gloves are paired and put into individual bags - 2 per bag. This kit is more expensive than others on Amazon - this is a better quality and better organized.
