This book is beautiful. Many important works beautifully reproduced. The text is informative and in depth.

It's a pity! So many great pictures, such a great book - BUT the color grading is just horrible. 50% of the photos are way too green... ma perche???? Unnecessary

High quality paperback. Not as heavy as a hard cover, but substantial. Good reproductions and commentary.

I have wanted this book for a long time but could not justify the original price. Got a very nice copy of the original edition, As fine as you would expect from a reputable publisher about an essential artist of Western Civilization: full of compassion not found in Eastern artists.
