I bought this for my mom, 77 yrs old, who had a massive stroke that left her with right side hemiparesis & aphasia (loss of speech). UPDATE: In early 2021 I developed a torn rotator cuff. I was told by doctors that the only thing that would help it is physical therapy and if that didn’t work I would have to have surgery and be out of commission for six months. Both of those were out of the question for me. So I decided to sleep on the magnetic pad again. After doing three days of hyperbaric oxygen therapy I was halfway healed and then I slept on the magnetic pad for two weeks and it removed all traces of pain and I regained full function of that shoulder. Fast forward to now, July 2022, I injured that same shoulder again and opted to sleep on the magnetic pad and overnight my shoulder is healed again.
