However, the list of ingredients is quite short -- Pregnenolone (3-alpha-hydroxy-5-beta-pregnen-20-one), other ingredients: hypo-allergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water). The label specifically states, "hypo-allergenic dietary supplement." Also a "Commitment to Quality Program" disclosure on the label states, "Sourced and manufactured to avoid: Artificial Additives, Allergens, Environmental Contaminants, Added Excipients."

I am not gluten sensitive, but I think you should contact Pure Encapsulations directly to be certain there is no possibility of gluten in their production process as well as the capsule itself.
