These silicone baking mats are fantastic! The 2-pack is perfect and the perforated design with 12 printed oblongs is so helpful for consistent baking. They fit half sheets perfectly and clean up so easily. No more parchment paper waste! The eclair silicone material is durable and high quality. Makes baking so much more convenient. Absolutely love these mats!

Creates a nice texture for royal icing on cookies.

Really like these mats. Bought them specifically to be able to lay dough and cut out ginger bread shapes on the mat. I can move the mat all at once instead of pieces individually and stretching them out. Haven't tried it on other things yet, but excited to try.

I really love how the crusts on our frozen pizzas get crunchier with this mat (as opposed to full contact on a baking sheet)! My solution to cleaning out the food in the perforation - soak it in the baking sheet full of soapy water for at least 30 to soften the foodstuff so you can wash it out. The reason I gave 4 stars is that, after a few weeks of use, I was washing one of these mats and noticed some of the silicone coating came off, exposing the fiberglass within. At least there were 2 mats in the purchase, so I had a back up I'm still able to use. No exposed fiberglass on that one as of yet (fingers crossed).

These are great for choux dough item s and macarons. Help them bake nicely and easy to remove the item from them.

Work great for baking sugar cookies! Easy to use, I cut it down to fit a smaller cookie sheet. Easy to throw in the dishwasher. I really like them and think they work great.

The quality is good and I appreciate the markings when making eclairs. This is still expensive and should have been priced better Cleaning can sometimes be a hassle when baking Indian style bakery biscuits as some of it gets struck in the grooves. Overall gives a more professional look to the bakes and much more convenient than baking papers

They did what they said they would.

Happy with quality, using it more than anticipated and after a few months not showing any wear, I wash by hand. Bottom line: pleased with product and fair pricing at time of writing this.

Only used twice so far but very happy with them.
