Okay, for price. Bent when received
Definitely not vintage, not even made to appear to be. When i recieved item i was like well dang i could have just made this! It also came bent. Not going to go through the hassle to return. Item will be hung in garage so we will make the bent part work and i think i might take some sand paper to some spots to make it not look so new.

VERY POORLY MADE
The edges are covered in excess paint, and there are paint splotches all over the face of it. My 5 year old could have done a better job. Not worth .10 cents.
