AquaTeak Spa Mantis Folding Teak Chair

I wanted a chair for inside the walk-in shower. I knew I wanted teak and not plastic. I wanted a sturdy chair that is comfortable and would not slide on the tile floor as my son and husband like to sit under the shower head and let the water just fall on them. I've had this about 18 months now. It stays in the shower and looks just as nice as when it right arrived. The only negative I found is that it is so sturdy that folding it up was more effort than I wanted to do so it just stays open as I have enough room in the shower area to do this.

I purchased this small bench a couple of months ago to use at my daughters house when I stay with her. I got it because it folds up and can be stored away when I'm not there. The teak wood is beautiful and the bench is so well made. I'm not a small woman and this bench supports me beautifully! I don't use it in the shower but I think since it is solid teak it would do great in the shower. It is a beautiful and well made item. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for s small teak bench.

A disappointment to unbox and an inconvenience to return.

These chairs are very well-built, and I am happy with them. Very solid.

I bought this bench to put by the back door. We needed a seat for taking our shoes off and putting them on. This bench is sturdy, well made, and nice looking.

Beautiful stool. A bit stiff but I think as it is used that will losses up. Very good quality at a good price.

Very sturdy. Does not work in small glass shower for elderly person. Too heavy to fold easily in our situation. Am using it in tub shower where it can be stationary.

Too soon to tell how it will hold up in the shower over time, but right now it looks very good and is very sturdy. Minor complaint: it is a little stiff to open from its folded position.
