****update the code didn't work. But I emailed [email protected] (in UK). I was asked to include screen shots of purchase and separate screen shot of the activation code. I had no problems other than a few days waiting for them to co firm and come back to me. Just brought a yearly subscription for an individual. The email from Amazon came through I went through the "Access your content" which is on the Activation Code email (you'll get two emails at the same time; the other is order confirmation). Then use "go to software library" (in Amazon, under your account). Another words download the software on the Amazon portal, then put activation code in. An activation code will show; copy. It will take you to the "Your games and software library" paste here.

This doesn't work as advertised. Doesn't integrate with nordic treadmill as all previous subscriptions have done. This is because ifit have changed the membership so you have to pay for pro for it to integrate with your machine. With this code all you get is the use of ifit app. It doesn't give you the handsfree integration anymore. Refund required! Not as advertised

So after seeing the Amazon star rating and reading a number of the reviews below, I must admit that I was very hesitant about this. I can’t say the listing feels entirely legitimate and I do know there are some suspicious listings on ebay. Furthermore, on the official ifit website, at time of writing, only offered family membership at three times the cost! However, I think the ifit product is amazing, so decided to proceed even if it meant some fruitless discussion with a chatbot or trying to contact customer services. About a one or two minutes after making the order I received two emails from Amazon. The first one contained an activation code, the second an email thanking me for the purchase and stating I would shortly receive an activation code…I check the code against that now listed in the Amazon “Account & Lists”, “Membership & Subscriptions” section and it corresponded. I then went onto the ifit website and logged into my account using my “Log in with Google”. Then go to “Billing”, “Gift Card, activation code or promo code” (not the somewhat logical “Membership” section) and entre the code, then “Apply”. The website then brought up billing information that charged £114 with a £114 deduction, hence £0 to pay (noting the Amazon listing was £104 at time of writing…?). Once I proceeded with the purchase, I was complete. Turned my Nordictrack elliptical on and gave it five minutes. All good to go! Hope this helps.

Save your money and disabled and have very bad eyesight, hence having a treadmill with a 22 inch screen. I went to get my yearly renewal only to find out it doesn’t work. I should’ve read the reviews on here first as many people have said the same thing. Even when you follow all instructions on how to activate your subscription, it doesn’t work. It tells you you have to upgrade to the family pack even if you’re a single person the problem being in the family pack is three times as much money. I complain to Amazon who basically told me to get lost so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card company in fact with two credit card companies as I went to buy this and it said payment declined so I tried a different card and it said payment declined so I stopped trying only to find out about 10 hours later that I had been charged twice for a product but doesn’t work so I’m currently around £240 out of pocket for something that doesn’t work on Amazon are aware of this because I authorise these reviews, but they do nothing about it as I say I was told to get lost when I complained

I was a little worried when I read some negative reviews of this membership method, but decided to risk it after seeing that others had applied it successfully. it is very straightforward! You place the order on Amazon, and immediately receive two emails. One is the normal order confirmation, and the other provides an 'Activation Code'. Simply copy the code, an enter it via 'Billing' menu of your iFiT account. You will also have to enter details of a payment card to authorise 'auto renewal' of payment when this new membership runs out - but you can always remove that before the renewal date if you don't want it to happen. It is frustrating that iFiT seems to make it more difficult than necessary to get a price for a single user membership (we were downgrading from a free family one), and the iFiT price is £40 more than buying it through Amazon.

READ THIS. Nordictrack changed their pricing structure. In 2024 there were 2 memberships: - individual Paid £104 on Amazon and, - family over £300 The only difference at the time between the two was that you had additional users allowed on family membership. Functionality and access was the same on both. This year 2025 or some time last year, Nordictrack changed it. Not only did they increase the price of individual membership but they rebranded it to Train and took away your ability to use it with your equipment, limiting you to pc, phone or tablet. Which is pretty much useless as the whole reason of buying this is to use your equipment which automatically adjusts to the workout you are doing. Family membership has been rebranded as Pro which means you are being pushed to purchase membership at a cost of £350 just to be able to use your bike as it was intended, as otherwise who would spend £1,500 on an interactive bike and not being able to use its features, there are cheaper options. What Is SmartAdjust™ SmartAdjust™ is a customized technology that automatically follows and scales each adjustment that you make to your NordicTrack exercise equipment during your workout and stores that information internally. Train membership states it can be used with smartadjust, this is built into your nordictrack equipment, that is misleading as your phone cannot control your bike or whatever you are using. Equally even if it could if you have a big screen in essence unless you pay £250 extra youre being downgraded to your phones screen. These guys have not learned anything from the last class action lawsuit they lost!

I was nervous purchasing this after seeing other reviews, however, after biting the the bullet I’m delighted to say it worked a treat! One star dropped as the process was not as seem less as it should have been. Be aware that a total reset of the app in the maintenance area on your equipment is required. ( you don’t lose classes data) At login on equipment, underneath there is a box to put your code & voila…. all classes unlocked! Bargain price & next year on purchase it will be a easy 5*
