Fixed my issue
My daughters Subaru was throwing the code for this part to be replaced. I ordered this and swapped it out and the engine light went away. Very pleased.

Says it fits 2006 B9 Tribeca and does not. The bolt brackets do not line up in order to install.

P0026 Code Worth reading and know this before you purchase!
Retired mechanic here. I own and drive domestic vehicles. My wife likes and owns a used 2010 Japanese made Subaru Forester AWD 4 cylinder 2.5L FI SOHC. No big complaints on my end, it's just different than what I am familiar with. Around 105,000 miles we started getting a MIL code P0026 Bank 1 Control Solenoid. Ok, check out the obvious for causes, not much to pinpoint the problem. Clear the code and use the vehicle under normal use. The code would come back every now and then. Sometimes it would clear up on its own, or I would need to clear it manually. Again, no real performance issues the vehicle runs well. The vehicle would perform fine with the exception of some very mild rough idle with the A/C on in the summer months and with the heat on in the winter months. At about 113,000 miles the MIL light comes back on with the same code. Ok, let's look a little deeper now. I perform some tests and things check out ok. Because we purchased the vehicle used, I decide to replace both of the Variable Valve Timing Valves as well as the Oil Pressure Switch at the same time. Clear the code, use the vehicle for about 100 miles, surprisingly, the vehicle actually runs better, but the MIL light comes on again with the same code P0026? I know these valves are aftermarket and cost significantly less then OEM, but they should still work properly. Afterall, they are new, so at this point I do not want to throw them under the bus just yet, let's give them a chance. I noticed that the oil had been changed almost 3,000 miles ago and was due for another oil change, so I did. Previously I had put Walmart synthetic 5w30 in it with a Fram oil filter at last oil change. (Hey, you have to take what's available in your area Walmart at the time). This time I put Quaker state full synthetic high mileage 5w30 and a Fram oil filter. I kept the aftermarket VVT solenoids in and haven't had any complaints. In fact, the vehicle has a pronounced performance difference and runs much smoother. In conclusion, I would take into consideration the simple yet very obvious role the engine oil has in the performance of the engine, thus emitting the MIL code P0026 and showing up along with the VVT solenoids and oil pressure switch when dealing with this simple issue. Change the oil and the solenoids before bashing them! I hope this help you.
