How does one use this tape when recovering from knee replacement therapy? Is there another type of tape better suited for that? Thank you.

Each patch has a peel off back like a regular bandaid so you peel and stick it on the pain! You can wear several at one time it the pain is severe.

Why call it titanium? It's cloth. I was looking for titanium strips.
