i bought this to put in my manual lathe and was wondering what the mix ratio is

Hello, recommended concentration with water is 5-10%

Where can i find dilution instructions and/or the tds sheet?

5-10% and it is posted on the label of the product. A tech data sheet can be requested at sales@fusion-chemical.com

will mixing 5-10% water cause my cast iron base plates and machine parts to rust over time? Will it affect the paint of my machine at all?

I've been using this exclusively on a larger bandsaw for over a year now and have not noticed any real change in the metal I have used including cast iron. Hope this helps.
