Hero Universal Travel Adapter – Power Plug for US to India | Type D, Grounded (3 Pack)

This was exactly what I needed and more! It works - yippee! Came in a cute little canvas bag and a personal note from the owners/founders -- showing this touch really is unusual these days. Also a note where/how to download an e-book on electronics in India. All of this makes for an extra high quality customer experience.

I'm not sure what else one could ask for - the 3 outlet converter plugs come in a nice drawstring bag for when you are in motion. The plugs convert the three-pronged India-style (Type D and Type M) plugs to universal socket that will take plugs from US, the UK, and Europe. Plugs themselves are well constructed, and not cheap. Having three was terrific for my iPhone, airpods and my Surface Pro 4. You may need a voltage converter depending on your equipment that you are bringing but these worked for me beautifully. Pack in your carry-ons so they are handy on your return. The bonus India travel guide and "How to Not Fry Your Electronics in India" are gems. Thank you Asher and Hero Travel Supply for making my India trip a little less hectic. Highly recommend this product and company.

Fantastic. Used this US to India Power Adapter plug in a recent India trip and it worked perfect. Even some of the Indian made local won't work like this. The plug fits perfectly into the socket. Will definitely recommend. The free PDF booklet on 'How not to fry your appliances in India' is very informative and helpful. I wish all the success to Hero Travel Supply and I wish they also would come up with USB port plug adapters for India. I bought some in India, but it is very painful that some of them didn't work and returns are painful.

Worked great and didn’t damage anything

Was heading to India for a couple of weeks and didn't want to lug my giant "all in one" global adapter so I picked these up. They are very sturdy, have a nice little pouch to keep them together, and about as compact as you can get for such an adapter. Very happy with these adapters.

It's big but fit and charged my stuff while in Spain (Not very fast though).

Great for india Not too bulky

I ordered a universal adapter from Heto . When it came it was for India . I made the mistake in putting in the wrong order. This company invites you to call them right away if you are not satisfied. I was very close to leaving for my tour of other countries . They immediately sent the universal adapter and told me to keep Indias and I didn’t owe any money . This is absolutely unheard of . I have never had such customer service in my life . Excellent , efficient , fast , and treated me so respectfullly when it was my mistake .

Works well, the free ebook was very helpful, and it arrived on time.
