I tried multiple different types of toastie, waffle and grill machines of similar types. All of which exploded. This one however is exceptional! I’ve used the toastie plates and the waffle plates so far. If you are someone who jumps straight into using a product without reading the instructions then i’d heavily recommend reading the instructions of this product before using it to make sure you don’t break anything. The product itself looks nice and is very easy to clean due to the plates being interchangeable. Although the heat level of the product can’t be adjusted it automatically adjusts to a certain temperature then stops to prevent overheating. The best part about this product is the non stick coating on the plates which stops for example waffle batter or melted cheese sticking to them and burning. As the plates can be swapped out and removed the overall functionality of the product is very good and versatile. In my opinion and experience when using this product it has a good value for money especially when comparing to other similar products on the market.

I am really impressed.It’s compact, but it works great and is truly multifunctional. So far, I’ve made paninis, toasted sandwiches, and waffles, and they all turned out perfectly. The best part is how easy it is to clean. I put the removable trays in the dishwasher, and they came out sparkling like new! If you're looking for a space-saving machine that does it all, this is a great choice.

I wanted a sandwich toaster with removable plates but didn’t want to pay silly money. This option was in the Prime day offerings so a little cheaper. It isn’t a robust as previous toaster and is a little on the cheap side. My first attempt saw cheese spew out of the back using the triangle plates…which took forever to clean! A mix of too much cheese and bread too big…the plate seems a little small. But I swapped the plates for the panini option and have never looked back! All toasties are now done on this, it’s quicker and no oozing! The plates wash fantastically well! All in all, it does the job and was a decent price!

Great if you want something simple and versatile for quick snacks, but not designed for heavy-duty cooking.

This is hands down the worst waffle/sandwich maker I have ever used. It is incredibly small and shallow. There is absolutely no space for two standard slices of toast bread. When making waffles, the batter spills everywhere, leaks out of the sides, and burns instantly, making a huge mess. It doesn't cook properly and is a nightmare to clean. Do not buy this—it's a complete waste of money!

Not bad , but not excellent. Cable is to short. Works fine for now. A bit expensive for this quality.
