I have been suffering from all around hair loss for about 3 years now. I lost about 75% of all my previously thick hair in my early 20’s. I tried EVERYTHING! Biotin, fish oil, different shampoos. I came across a TikTok saying to buy this and use it for hair loss and I was like “ok why not only $6” and LET ME TELL YOUUU... it has been a month since I been putting this in my hair and my hair loss is less then half of what it was before. Its almost a normal amount of hair loss actually. I wish I found this sooner because I now need to work on regrowing my hair that I lost but that’s fine, one step at a time. Here’s how I use it if anyone is wondering :) Mix 3 table spoons of plain yogurt with 1 table spoon of the powder. Add some drops of rosemary oil as well (optional but beneficial) and then apply it for 1-2 hours or over night before wash day! Tip: Add raw honey for moisture if you suffer from dry scalp I do this once a week and it’s actual magic! The TikTok I watched said you can also make it into a tea and drink it nightly for even more hair benefits, have not tried yet tho! Another thing you can do is mix it with oil and massage it into your scalp and leave it overnight. I like this method but personally I have a very very sensitive scalp and this can sometimes make it itch.

This is a product that you ingest into your body. It has carbs in it. lol the taste is OK. You take a teaspoon with water twice a day. I just got it today so I really don’t know if it’s going to work or not for filling in less dense patches in my hair, but I can give you an update. Update- I purchased this on January 5 and today is January 19. I feel that it’s doing something. Brushing and combing my hair. I don’t feel it’s as sparse as it used to be. I feel it slowly growing back and maybe this product is helping. I’ve also done an overnight oil treatment with the mingrag oil.
