Excellent flavor, quality, benefits and service -- try it!
I have tried this tea in the pre-filled bags and loose. I loved the teabags and the flavor of them, but the loose, to me, wasn't the same, though the fresh quality was evident in both. Herb batches vary, though I just couldn't seem to match the flavor no matter how much I used. Customer service was superb, and I'm switching back to the bags vs loose. In terms of benefits, I can tell when I'm inflamed by my fingers, and whenever I drink this tea, my rings literally fit more loosely -- that's an impact I can see and feel. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, the efficacy and the customer service, which was handled directly by the owner. I am going to try other teas from this brand and look forward to more flavors and benefits, as well as supporting a small, woman-owned business -- thank you, Idit! :)

Love it. I use it when i am hungry before bedtimes. I add a little seasalt so i feel i eat soup instead of just tea. I feel less bloated and i also lost weight.

TRY IT!!
Not only does it taste delicious, but it is making a huge difference with digestive problems and acid reflux that I have had due to medication’s. That were prescribed! It’s definitely a favorite for me! I would highly recommend it.

The Flavor Grows on You
I make a diluted version of this tea according to the directions in the book, The Prime (https://www.amazon.com/Prime-Prepare-Repair-Spontaneous-Weight/dp/1101904313). I really like that it has ginger included in it. I have been having a lot of stomach issues and drinking this tea is supposed to help. The taste is not what I am used to, but I have to say, it has grown on me. I do not sweeten it or add anything to it. When I first get up I boil 4 cups of water on the stove and add 1-1/2 teaspoons of the tea to the boiling water and steep it for 10 minutes. In the book she says boil it for 10 minutes, but I've done both and it doesn't seem any different to me. Then I drink half a mug and put the rest in a thermos to sip on throughout the day.

Loved the taste
I actually really liked this. I think the added ginger helps. I did add a little honey but this very good and actually wanted more than 1 cup but was busy working

Can't call it Tea!
It's a spice blend, not a tea.
