I really like this little airplane! The quality is better than I expected — it feels solid thanks to the die-cast metal, and the details look great. I actually used it as a decoration on a cake, and it looked amazing as a topper. It added a fun “travel” theme and made the cake stand out a lot at the party. After that, it can also be used as a small toy or display piece, which makes it even more versatile. Overall, it’s a cute and well-made item that works both as a toy and as a decorative piece. Very happy with it!

This Daron United Airlines toy airplane was exactly what I needed. It worked great as a cake topper for the event, and the child loved that they got to keep the plane afterward and play with it as a toy. The die-cast metal with plastic parts gives it a nice sturdy feel, and it looks cute and realistic on display. It served both purposes perfectly, which makes it such a fun little bonus item.

This plane is a great for children or those who are into airplanes and want to start collecting airplanes on a budget. The aircraft has rollable wheels underneath the belly, but the front wheel does not roll. The fuselage of the aircraft is made from die-cast metal and of course it is painted. As many reviewers have commented along with a few of my friends who have never seen this plane toy before, most of them thought that this toy is quite cute and adorable. This is a classic airplane from Daron/Realtoy that is now painted to feature quite some details of the Delta colors. Some planes distributed by Daron have stickers on them, which would mean that stickers would peel easily if the plane is heavily used by children especially. Fortunately, this Delta Boeing 767 toy has been updated to feature painted details and drops the stickers. However, despite the fact that it is now painted, it can definitely be vulnerable to damages. If you're buying this for children, be sure to tell them to take good care of their planes as the planes are quite prone to scratches and chips if they bump or drop (or crash) their plane onto a hard surface. If you're buying this to put on display, then you will have no issues with the plane being damaged. Other than that, I really like this plane as I've put it on display or occasionally fly it around for fun as a grown adult to heal my inner child. It's a great plane for the price, although it may be a little pricey for some. This plane now belongs to a close friend of mine, and this plane would make a great gift for your loved ones or friends who are into airplanes (unless they are serious airplane collectors, in which you should consider the more expensive models like GeminiJets or NG models instead).

I picked this up as a keepsake to remember all the Spirit flights I took to visit my girlfriend. As funny as it sounds, if it weren’t for Spirit, our relationship probably wouldn’t have made it this far, so this little plane has more sentimental value than I expected. For the price, I’m really happy with it. The model is well made, looks great, and has a nice weight to it. I haven’t taken it out of the packaging. It’s not a perfect replica. The shade of yellow is a bit off from the real aircraft, and some small details like the “Howdy” lettering above the wing on newer aircraft aren't included. If you’re looking for a highly accurate collector’s model, you’ll notice those omissions. That said, I don’t think that’s what this is trying to be. It’s an affordable display model that’s instantly recognizable as a Spirit aircraft, and it accomplishes that really well. If you’re a Spirit fan, an aviation enthusiast, or just want a fun little reminder of your travels, I think it’s well worth the price.

My son is obsessed with airplanes and wants to be a plane pilot when he grows up. He loves the replica of these planes because they are so faithful to the real life-sized planes. The quality of the planes is great and they hold up to tons of play. The only reason I'm docking a star is because the bottom wheels fall off ALL THE TIME. We've probably lost them 6+ times and we're always having to look around with a flashlight to find them. They do go back on easily, but I wish this were constructed in such a way where the wheels didn't fall off so easily.

Amazing toy. good price for quality. My sister got jealous I had this and threw it, it held up fine. It's very strong. The size is about as big as your hand.

AA model. Good size for kids bringing along on a flight. Lots of play in the airport and on the plane! Appears sturdy (has survived several drops). I would buy again in the future - sweet gift for someone traveling!
