Can I use this card for my Roland Fantom X keyboard?

I'm unfamiliar with the Fantom X as I play the electric guitar. However, in reviewing http://lib.roland.co.jp/support/en/manuals/res/1811531/Fantom-X678_r_eA.pdf, page 5 says it will accept CompactFlash memory cards. However, per http://www.musiciansfriend.com/resources/article/Roland-Fantom-X/m711821, it appears the keyboard has a PC card slot for data backup with a 1GB capacity so assuming this is a standard socket, you'd only be able to use 1GB of the 8GB available on the Transcend CompactFlash.  Regarding speed, I use mine in a Canon camera capable of producing 6 raw frames a second so this should be no problem in the Roland environment.Note that my response is not a wholesale blessing for the use of the subject Transcend CompactFlash memory card, but it appears it will work though you'd only be able to use 12% of its capacity (1GB of 8GB). Does this work for the Canon 40d?

The Canon 40D is meant to use a Compact Flash card of up to 32GB; so this should work just fine.  My experience with my Transcend card has been flawless.

Will 8GB or 16GB work with the Canon EOS 300D?

The camera specs say the camera supports up to 8GB. Anything higher then 2GB however can slow the camera boot time, due to the camera reading a more complex file system. Basic funtions, lag has been reported, yet others say it is not noticeable enough to be an issue.A 16GB card if used, the camera can only format 8GB and use 8GB only of the 16.Hope this helps!
