The full dimension is 22.5" x 15.5" x 9.5.” I have never flown Norwegian Air before, but I am sure they have their accepted carry-on dimensions somewhere on their website like most airlines.

Absolutely gorgeous and smooth as silk

I am already in love with this suitcase! It is gorgeous & also the wheels and handle are as smooth as silk. I like the lining inside and all the zippers are smooth and not the least bit catchy. The size is perfect and it's not terribly heavy to start with so it will be easy to pack. I have just received it and haven't used it yet, but I will be soon! Will be perfect as my carry-on. 🤩
