Purchased for use in bookbinding. Built very well. The steel has a clear protective coating on it to prevent rust.

The smallest hammer has some wiggle in it front to back. Even with a few people commenting about loose heads, I liked the design of the hammers and took my chances. The medium and large hammers are fine, but I am disappointed with the smaller one. I am trying to think of some way to stabilize the head (drip a little epoxy between the head and handle?) - but I am not crazy about having to spend time fixing a brand new tool. These would be 5 star hammers with better quality control.

Size and weight are correct. Handles feel solid. Handles are not shaped well to fill in the eye of the hammer head so they have some wiggle and will probably need to be re-handled soon.
