As of 12/2/2021 the ingredients are shown in the photos but I agree they should be clearly listed in the item description. But for those of you who can see the photos that's an option. If you get something that's different than what the photo show contact Amazon to return it as 'not as described'. I discovered there is a button underneath the chat window to speak to a rep instead of going in circles with the chatbot.

ITs mostly syrup and more sugar. Protein is extremely low for a "meal" less than 10 grams. That is not enough even for an infant. Huge amount of carbs most of which are sugar.

Q: Are all pro bars vegan ?
