لقد اشتريت المنتج وللاسف لا يعمل وضعته على الشاحن وقد اشتريت أكثر من جهاز ، ونتيجة الشحن سخونة مخيفة في الجهاز ، وهو مؤشر سلبي على أن استخدامه قد يؤذي المستخدم ، لم أستطع إرجاعه أو استبداله لأن المساعدة قامت برمي كل ما يختص بتغليفه للأسف ، خسرت أموالي ولكني بالتأكيد حافظت على سلامتي لو كان هنالك أقل من نجمة أو نجمة سالبة لوضعتها كتقييم وللتحذير .

This product does not have the extra cups. Nor the remote.

That cup was painful to use coz of my sensitive skin. I requested return it as I wasn’t using it but the seller keeps ignoring me. I will update this review if something changes!! UPDATE: The seller is very communicative, they have made the refund.

Inicie la devolución del producto debido a que llegó defectuoso. Me mandaron etiqueta para regresar paquete. Fui a DHL y me dijeron que debía pagar! Lo que me cobran es casi la mitad del producto. Obviamente no es justo pagarlo debido a que el producto llegó en mal estado. Así que díganme que hacer. Gracias
