I do have a low magnesium count and have restless legs lately . Nice non-greasy smooth texture. Easy to rub on no fragrance or smell. Applied to my feet and ankles, and I have noticed a slight difference in my legs. It also has an expiration date which tells me the ingredients are real. Great purchase.

Okay I just got this and the pump didn't work. DON"T PANIC. HERE IS HOW TO MAKE IT WORK. On the bottome of the cannister is a very very easily removable white disc. Just take a knife and pop that off / I did it with my fingernail. You'll see inside is a hollow area and then plastic up in there. Just push the plastic up in there toward the top very gently until it stops. NOW the pump will work. I'm not sure if I'll need to put that piece inside up toward the top each time but that's okay as long as I can get the pump to work. I just got this for muscle spasms and I hope it will help. I will update after some time. Doing a skin patch test now just to see if it irritates. STAY TUNED... ....... 2 days later I'm fed up with this damn pump. See my photo a screwdriver some wire cutters and a hacksaw I finally got the damn thing open and you can see that I put all of the contents in a nice big jar. Why do they have to make it so difficult? See photos this took a lot of determination swearing and other people in my family saying be careful you're going to cut yourself! It was worth it though. What a shame to use such a crappy bottle. See for yourself------------ --------------------As for the product, it's legit. It tingles when it first goes on (that means it's working). Then my muscle spasms in my lower back get less bothersome. I can't say they go away 100% but it helps. This is a great way to get more magnesium into my muscles where it's needed.

I absolutely adore this product; this is my 4th purchase. I sleep so much more deeply with it (and am a light sleeper without). I've used the spray but prefer the cream because your feet don't feel 'crusty.' The effects of both are equally wonderful though. This time I'd let my product. run out for some time and was very disappointed when the pump did not work correctly, because I'd been desperately looking forwards to better sleep.... I called their customer service and received some of the nicest service I've had in years, as well as a very kind replacement bottle. Apparently there has been some sort of issue with storage for some of the products being sold through Amazon, and a percentage of the lotion bottles pumps are faulty. If you buy directly from them, you won't run into this problem. It is 10000% worth the hassle. I can't recommend the stuff enough! I originally purchased Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion after hearing that magnesium can sometimes help with restless leg symptoms. I’ve used it several times now and overall I’m glad I decided to try it. When my restless legs are acting up, I usually apply a small amount before bed as a first line of defense, and it does seem to help take the edge off the discomfort. It’s not the strongest remedy I’ve tried for restless legs, but it definitely provides some relief and is something I reach for regularly when symptoms start. The lotion itself is very pleasant to use. It glides on smoothly, absorbs well, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. I was also concerned about the scent, but the smell is actually very mild and not overpowering at all. Overall, while it may not completely eliminate restless leg symptoms every time, it’s still a product I’m happy to keep on hand. If you’re looking for a topical magnesium option to try for occasional relief, this one is definitely worth considering. Based on my experience, I would definitely purchase this again.

what I do is, after it has absorbed all it can and a little stickiness is left on, I put a little Aloe Vera gel over the place I put the magnesium lotion and massage it in. Then there is no sticky feeling as the Aloe carries it all in through the skin. Aloe gets through all layers of the skin, so, in theory, it will take ALL the magnesium in deeper.

This is a rip off I used to get 8oz for the same money now only 5oz,will never buy again
