I bought 2 of these. One for my night stand and the other for my husband to help cut down on the clutter our chargers make.

Update: Giving another star for customer service. After posting my review (below) the seller reached out to offer me a full refund. I don't want the refund since the product does operate as designed, and it is my fault that it doesn't do what I thought it would. Even with that, the company is offering to take responsibility for my mistake. I fully respect that kind of ethic.Pay attention before purchasing. There is only one "USB C1 (PD Fast)" charging port. Overall, this works just fine, but I didn't read close enough before buying this, or I wouldn't have.

These do their job and we chose them because they also had the USB-C ports which aren't as common. My biggest complaint about most of these devices is they feel it's necessary to put a led light to indicate the unit is on but it will light up a room at night. I cut and layered 2 vinyl stickers in order to cover the lights. You can still see some glow but not enough to keep you awake.

Of ports! Plugs? Whatever. I can charge my iPhone, my iPad, and my husbands Samsung all at the same time.

Very handy when traveling recently. My father-in- law has an older home with few outlets. I was able to charge all my devices easily and solve problems I had on previous visits.

For the price it works great to charge multiple devices overnight no problem. Really happy with it.

It works great. It rapid charges like it says. 2 of my coworkers have bought it after seeing mine. If I lost I’d buy another one
