I purchased these to connect standard 1 inch square aluminum tubing, but they were too loose in the tubing. I would not have been happy with them even if they fit because they are too weak for the sign frame I need to build. I would not recommend.

I bought a tee connector for 25mmx 25mm 1.5 thick square tubing. two of the sides are very snug the one that goes to side seems to be a bit looser. When comes it was in two halves that you slide together. It is mostly hollow, I will modify it to see if I can pass a cable through it. I will be using this to hold a cloud sensor. My one concern is how well will it hold up to sunlight, will it get brittle?

Bought a selection of 20mm L and T connectors. They are all between 15-16mm. Pretty egregious for something meant to connect tubes. Buyer beware.

Not good at least for my application. These took forever to arrive and they are very cheap plastic (not nylon). I wouldn't expect that these would hold up to much abuse or weight and honestly they weren't cheap! Found a better outlet and solution.
