THERAWORX PROTECT 60-Count Wipes for Daily Urinary Health and Hygiene Care

This is the product I found when the visiting nurse recommended having a separate wipe for urinary meatus. My husband had a permanent foley catheter, so there were frequent UTIs. After initiating this wipe, we never had an infection for literally months and then he died from something else. Caveat, I had to educate and reeducated caregivers in proper use. You don't want to wipe the yeast from groins to the urethra. We also used cranberry capsules, Vitamin C 1 Gram, and doc recommended flushing catheter almost every day! These all helped but the greatest improvement was using this wipe properly. Bit pricey, thickness moderate and perfect size. They came out singly instead in clumps. No skin irritation (and my husband was very sensitive skin.

I have struggled with UTIs in the past and I thought I’d try these out! So far they’ve been great. I haven’t had a UTI since I started using them. The wipes are nice and thick and they’re quite wet. They are really soft and I feel like you get a good amount for the price! I usually take them out of the package and put in a ziplock but I don’t know that it’s necessary. They’d probably stay fresh just as long in the original packaging but I know sometimes wipes will dry out if the package isn’t completely sealed. But I absolutely love these wipes. I highly recommend.

I am a senior and have frequent UTI's. These wipes seem to work. I use them daily after every bowel movement. They have no after affect accept a feeling of cleanliness. So far so good. I would recommend.
