Just a change in the name/marketing of the product. It is tiny, but if you zoom in to the upper right of the bottle it reads "formerly known as FREE AND CLEAR".

I have cradle cap at the nape of my neck and hairline. Will this help clear it up?

I've had issues for years with this same problem, no matter what shampoo/conditioner I use. I finally figured out what was causing it! Just rinsing your hair by standing under the shower head doesn't tend to get the nape of your neck or behind your ears rinsed very well. I spend extra time now making sure that those areas are rinsed well and I have not had any issues for several months now.
