By far the greatest investment I've ever made. I use these for when I don't have access to a set of dumbbells or a gym. I also use these to do some PT. I have a lumbar disc bulge (L-5-S1) and a cervical disc bulge (no MRI yet but suspected C5-C6, if I remember correctly). Pros and cons are simple: Super duper durable so far, the tension has been great still (it's not getting stretched out and losing its tension yet unlike cheap ones that get lighter and crack after a few uses). They smell weird and it's not going away.. I haven't tried washing them yet but I have a feeling that might not make a difference anyways?

Great variety of resistance for evercises. Obviously great for assisted pull-ups but also a lot more durable than handle bands and in my opinion more versatile. Rubber doesn’t smell, color pallet is more appealing than conventional bands where they are more like a Rainbow in terms of color broadness. These definitely give a tacticool look to your setup. So they can help you maintain some masculinity while you struggle with your pull-ups.

Excellent quality resistance bands. Love the colors (former military), the different resistance levels, and the portability with the bag it comes with. Definitely recommend.

Bought them for a gift and the person who receive them loved them! The bands have lasted him over a year now and still haven’t broken so I would say very durable considering he uses them all the time. Sadly the bag they came with was not as durable and ripped not to long after i bought them for him.

My last bands snapped (heads up, that’s very uncomfortable if it whips across your bare back). I needed new ones. I decided to try these ones out, the price was reasonable and the resistance levels were appropriate for my training needs. They’ve held up great, and based on my last ones (different brand but I’ve got a feel for the quality of bands) will stay serviceable for years.

I've been using the bands every day for the last 6 months. No signs of wear or tear. No pun intended. They work as advertised. I'm very satisfied with the band's performance, quality and aesthetics. If I had to nitpick about something I'd say the storage bag is of poor quality. However I didn't purchase the bands because I wanted a designer bag!

A friend showed me his basic exercise bands, and I was surprisingly impressed by them. I'd never taken rubber exercise bands seriously before. His was a cheap set, but the largest one gave some decent resistance. I bought these from GYMREAPER because they're much heavier on the large end, and I'm quite strong. His largest band is the equivalent of the medium of this pro set. The two heaviest bands are very impressive! ...and these are black, not multi colored, so they look better. I highly recommend them.

Qualität wirkt richtig gut. Die Bänder sind sehr dick. Ich hätte mir für Calisthenics Progressions noch ein oder zwei schwächere Bänder gewünscht. Das leichteste ist nämlich für mich immernoch viel Unterstützung. Fairerweise muss man aber sagen, dass das schon auf dem Bild dabei stand, wie viel LBS sie unterstützen. Bei anderen Marken gibt es noch schwächere Bänder. Habe das Set trotzdem bestellt, weil es das einzige schwarze ist und ich keine quietschbunten Bänder im Büro rum liegen haben wollte.

Awesome set of resistance bands. Have been using them at work during break times or on long drives both to stretch out and sneak micro workouts in. So far no issues with tearing or losing elasticity like other sets I've owned
