A Cheaper alternative that just works
Had no issue at all. Plugged right into my Audi MMI. NOTED: You will need a USB power. A bought a 12v USB charger and just plugged the Bluetooth adapter into it. Sound is crisp. Been working like a charm since. The only con that I have (might just be my type of car) is I have to remove the 12v when i park my car for the day so that it doesn't drain my battery. It will stay connected otherwise

Just what I needed to cancel my Sirius XM. The sound Quality is way better. Displays track info.

It works fine once, the second try does not turn on.
The product looks good and is easy to install, it worked fine the first time I installed it, the bluetooth connected with no problem, but the sound was terrible, it had a lot of noise (static). The next day I start the car and the device does not turn on, even trying with different cables and adapters. I had high expectations...

It worked better than Tune2Air
I was hesitant to buy, but my Tune2Air needed a firmware and software update which failed and so I looked to this as it was 1/4 of the price of a Tune2Air. I plugged it into the system and into a usb port and voila - it connected instantly and sounded great. I was never that happy with Tune2Air because it was spotty. This is clear. I am very happy with the product.

Works with my Audi Q5
Blue tooth adapter works for my 2010 Q5. Drove 11 hours with minimal connection issues. Only once instance at the end of the drive where the connection was choppy for about 5 seconds. Sound quality is good. Only thing I don't like is you need a USB to power the adapter so now I have a cable running from the 12 volt near the dash to the glove compartment. I can see that as a point of failure after time where the compartment closes on the cable. Adapter connects to my phone right away on start of the car.

Worth it
I have a 2008 Audi A6 and it’s been quite a pain to listen to music as the MMI is pretty old. The install was in seconds and all I had to do was plug into USB for power. It sounds fine with the Bose system in the car. For the price you can’t go wrong adding Bluetooth audio to an older Audi.

If you have an Audi that needs this then BUY IT NOW. I have an Audi A4 B8 (2010 A4) that unfortunately that was MMI 2G so that means the the Bluetooth needs to get Power as the AMI port in the car did not have it back then. So plug this into the Car AMI port (mine was in glovebox) and connect the USB to the cigarette lighter (yes that makes a small cable hangs out of my glovebox) pair it to iPhone (extremely easy) and that’s it. Done!!!!. I can now use my iPhone to stream music (Spotify /Pandora) through my car speakers! And the SWC (Steering Wheel Controls) actually work! Volume up/down, Mute.
