I’ve bought a bunch of these books to supplement my son’s education. Really helpful. Great review before starting the 8th grade .

Not for the student who gets overwhelmed at the mere sight of a page full of math problems. That said, I appreciate it just as much as I have come to appreciate the other books we’ve used by Humble Math. It’s highly effective math practice at an incremental but steadily progressive rate and we could not be more pleased with them.

As opposed to some of their other books, this one (100 days of Pre-Algebra Skills) is organized by concepts which helps (I am a math teacher looking for resources). I think they could have done without so many low level computation questions but I can see some of this book being helpful. And the price wasn’t bad. It’s not a curriculum book but will be a good extra resource.

Amazingly comprehensive; each section builds on what was mastered in previous sections. Examples worked out to show how to do each task, with appropriate graphics. As much practice as you need, and all answers are provided. As an adult, I'm learning concepts I never learned in high school or even college Algebra I. Love this book!

My son is entering 6th grade next school year, and has always loved doing math. His older sister did Algebra last year, and he really wanted to give it a try. I really like this workbook because it has good examples, and my son has been able to work at his own pace, with just a few questions here and there. A really great practice resource!

I purchased these books from my children, and showed it to their teachers during a recent parent teachers conference. The teachers were impressed with the price, and quality of books. I highly recommend purchasing these book from Amazon as they have a great selection, and the best price. I'm a research person, and Amazon was definitely the best price.

For the price, it's fine. A little on the cheap side with cheaper feeling paper, and not crisp ink, but it's not awful. But it is incredibly boring. Definitely meant for drilling and just straight repetition. Again - it will accomplish what it's meant to, but your student will probably hate doing it. (And you'll hate grading it)

The chapter explanations, except for two, the examples, problems, and detailed answer keys made for a great, absorbing learning experience!

Many exercises on each topic. The font size could be larger on some pages. Viele Übungen zu jedem Thema. Die Schrift könnte etwas größer sein auf einigen Seiten.

This is a great classroom resource. It really helps students practice basic skills to prepare them for algebra!

A very good book . Want to buy a few more other books in the series but unfortunately not available
