Tiki Cat Luau Pâté Wet Cat Food, Chicken, 2.8 oz. Cans (12 Count)

I love all Tiki Cat products, or should I say, my kitty Mr. Phantom loves them :) Also, unless it's the fish version, NONE of the Tiki canned food ever smells disgusting like most other brands. I can feed him his food and never deal with the aftersmell. This chicken pate is one of his favorites. I've purchased from this specific vendor, more than 11 times now, and so far there haven't been any issues with the quality. He greedily laps up this food. I like to add pet-safe 100% chicken broth to his can to "stretch" out his food and make him think he has two cans/feeding. (He's on a diet haha). Side note - sometimes he has puked up the *shredded* chicken variety. But that's only if he hasn't eaten in awhile. His stomach juices start to build up and make him feel icky. But as long as his feeding window hasn't gone too far, he is purrfectly fine!

I have bought many of these flavors for our community cat and she loves them. She completely turned her nose up on this one. It was left outside and two days later not one ant had appeared on the food, not even a fly. The neighbors dog came by for his treat today. I showed him the food and he literally backed away. We also have forest animals who come around at night and will finish up any food left over. No one has touched it.No idea what is wrong but I am sorry I ordered a 12 pack. Update: I suspect this is a by-product like chicken feet, feathers and beaks ground up in broth or the description is a complete lie and it is not chicken at all. I tried another can today. She licked the broth for a few minutes and walked away. whatever this is, it isn't a part of the chicken animals will eat or perhaps should eat. BTW...I suspect they have recently changed the recipe as I bought a case of this a while back she ate it with no issue. So beware if you have used it successfully before.

Cats love

I love the quality of Tiki Cat products but my boy will rarely eat this particular kind. I think it's the smell or the texture which isn't a true pate. Its somehow too thick but not thick enough.

Our cat loves the pâté and does really well on it with being diabetic.

Cats love the food, just a couple cans were ruined

Worst cat food ever. Somehow they stripped all the color, scent and taste out of chicken and turned it into white rubber. Even the feral cats on the block won’t touch it.

My cats smelled this flavor and never came back to their bowl.
