Amazon Replacement is good for the Used & Non-working product I received
About Portronics Ruffpad 12E: Product is good and I think it is worth for the price (236) I bought. First I received a seal opened and non-working item. Thanks to Amazon for the Replacement. The Replaced one is good. I recommend to customers better take a video while opening the package for the proof of any issue noticed. Pros: 1. Writing Smoothness is good. 2. Easy erasing is good. I hope these Pros will last for long time. Cons: 1. The company added a tac-tic. Actually the drawn things can't be synced to the phone app. The app purpose is : through the app we can take picture of what we drawn and can name that taken picture. Pictures taken through app will be stored separately where each picture will be having a name which user needs to give in the app while capturing each and every picture. This is annoying. Capturing pictures through their app would need Device storage permission that can be a security concern as well. Ofcourse, using of this app is optional which is up to the user. 2. While writing or drawing, when we did mistake we can't undo/erase a particular drawn one. Instead we need to erase full screen and need to re-draw from scratch. This could be irritating. Of course I know that feature might not be possible especially at this price range. In Overall, I recommend this product but not the app provided.

Best for kids who enjoy writing and studying. Its easy to write on to and easy to erase with a single push. No need to waste any paper. Its a perfect gift for kids who like to write and draw. Worth the money.

Borderline pass
Over priced, still good product for kids to learn there way to hold pen and write things. And its not your little one's destroying the thing, product should have been a bit more robust. Battery life is good though and easy to handle with light weight design for your kiddo.
