Very well made but does not keep an edge as well as I had hoped so I need to sharpen every few days. It can be made sharp enough to glide through a Roma tomato and make thin slices. I like the feel and it’s easy to control. Still a great value at this price.

I love my Henckels knives! I bought this as a replacement for one of my knives in my knife block. The original broke at the tip, I assume because my roommate or her teenager misused it to pry at something and not due to any defect. 😔 They are both a little careless. Anyway, solid knife. Just don't put in the dishwasher as it will rust. Handwash only!

I ordered a 3" paring knife and got my packagecin a timely manner, however the package for the knife was in the box but no knife. That was yesterday. I called the company to let them know. I got no answer because I was on hold for over 45 minutes. Things happen. I called Amazon and this evening my knife arrived. Now that's a fast resolution! The knife is awesome! Well crafted and weighted and I love it. I'll order from this company again. The knife is very sharp and beautiful! I want one of each! 🙂 The knife will go in my favorites block. Be very careful though. It is very sharp. I thank The seller and Amazon. I know it had to be a joint effort to correct the situation this quickly and I know things happen. I'm happy!

So it's a clunky little knife. It's pretty Sharp right away and then it's okay sharp fairly quickly. I expected a little bit more from a paring knife I guess? But I want you to know it could be personal preference because the handle looks like they put on the scales and forgot to grind it down to shape. Mine went dull and when I say dull I meant I like a really sharp paring knife and I don't really use it for anything crazy it's literally just for pairing so it isn't like going up against leather it's going up against strawberries or fruit of some sort and The cutting board I use is wood and apparently the wood just beat the crap out of the edge. So take that into consideration if you read this.

Love the weight and the shape of handle, blade is a little deeper than anticipated but cannot complain, just hopping it is better quality than this companys knives I purchased in a box store a few years ago.

This is my go to paring knife for veggies. It stays sharp forever it seems.

This little knife is small but mighty! Breaks apart frozen food with ease and is always so sharp! It’s by far the best knife I own. I can’t believe I hesitated in purchasing it.
