I wish I had ordered these much earlier. Great for water aerobics class. I always hit my legs with the ones available for use at pool. Not any more. Also, several different ways you can hold them depending on the exercise you are doing. Great resistance under water.

I’ve had these for almost a year and they are still like new. I use them for water aerobics in my pool about 1-2x a week. The grip is comfortable and sturdy. The wing-like or blade-like shape lets me adjust the amount of surface area I’m using to create more or less drag when moving them laterally or vertically through the water. The buoyancy level is also good for creating resistance with verticals “plunging” moves or for flotation in deep water. I’ve done aerobics and dance (tap and jazz) on land for decade. I got a house with an enclosed pool two years ago. Now, I’m self-taught in water aerobics and experimenting with fun combos. In playing around with the ergos, I just discovered I can do a scooping arm motion (aka uppercut) plus some wrist action that I can’t do with flat discs or regular dumbbells. I combine alternating cross-body arm scoops with side lunges or two handed side scoop with a double side-together step (aka shoop-shoop). They ergo dumbbells take up less space in storage than traditional dumb bells. I will recommend these to anyone who wants to come dance in the pool with me!

These are the best water dumbbells I have ever used. They fit mine and my Husbands hands securely, are compact & allow for more kinds of exercise due to the shape than other dumbbells. They fit into my swim bag better that other awkward dumbbells and can be used as a kick-board when traveling to save space. I love these and don't know why Amazon no longer carries them.

Ergonomic shape is easier to use than traditional barbel shape. I had a shoulder replacement and find this shape good for latissimus work, assistive and resistive shoulder exercise. Particularly assistive to bring hand behind back and floats to stretch reaching mid back. Sometimes hands get tired to hold but obelisk design is more streamlined and efficient to use.

They work so much better than the dumbbells. If you have arthritis this is definitely a great buy. Too bad they have been out of stock for months. I wanted to purchase a second set.

Love these. While my husband tried to enforce a no workout rule in the pool, he also jumped on board using these. Grip on the inside may be a little tight for those with large hands, but they are also to be used gripping each end. They float, provide a nice level of resistance, and can be used in so many ways. They held up a whole season and I dont see why they won't for more seasons to come.

These weights are great for Aqua fit they have toned up my arms already in my Aqua fit class, now others from the class are ordering.They are very strong and not flimsy so should last a long time.

Gives you good resistance. Well made with easy grip. If you have big manly hands you might find them too tight. Great product.
