Is it 9kg or 12kg? Can't be both!

It's suitable for 9kg and is strong and sturdy. Bought for parents and theyre really pleased with it.

Does it fit 38 mm shaft parasol?

Yes. It comes with various sized collars to accomodate up to about 45mm.

is this suitable for poles 3cm

This will take most poles. The only ones not suitable are the very large wooden variety which cost a lot of money and would be to big and heavy for its use.

The package didn't arrive and the seller doesn't reply, how can I get the refund?

I got in touch with amazon as the item was lost in post .getting a refund no problem
