Do these hold jumbo eggs

Yes, I just got mine yesterday and jumbo eggs fit, no problem !

What is measurement not including the handle?

Without measuring the handle it measures 12 & 3/16 long x 4 & 1/2 wide x 2 & 7/8 high. It's just the right size for me. I ordered the 12 egg holder and do not use the lid and can easily stack an other 6 on top, to hold 18. I felt the others would take up too much room. I like the idea of just reaching into my fridge, grabbing eggs and not having to pull out the carton, open it up take out eggs, close carton, put carton back in fridge.
