These work as expected. I’ve only used the carpet side so I cannot speak for the hardwood side, but they slide easily along the carpet. My only complaint is that they’re a little small, I would’ve preferred slightly bigger. But this does not impact the overall performance of the product.

Sometimes difficult to use on carpeted area

I chose this set due to the size and dual use (wood or carpeted floors). I can place both feet on one slider for certain moves. I’ve had no issues with using it on either floor surface. I’ve had for a few months and they’re holding up nicely.

Good for hardwood floors and carpets! You can use these anywhere.

This item does not slide at all on carpet or wooden floors. I'm returning the replacement item

Love these sliders! I wish I had tried using sliders earlier, definitely feel the burn and they make working out fun.
