DuvinDD Acrylic Display Case for 1/12 Scale Model Car

This acrylic case is perfect. I’ve looked around for a case to hold my daughter’s belly cast for when she was pregnant with my granddaughter and I discovered this on Amazon here and it is perfect. It was easy to put together and it looks amazing. Great price and just perfect.

This is a nice basic display box for a 1/8 scale car. There’s shrinkfilm on each side of all the thin plexiglass pieces but it’s easily removed and it looks nice once set up. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Took about five minutes. I still like these display cases, this is the fourth one I’ve bought. Just know that the smaller one (and maybe all of them), the measurements are the total of the base, not an inside dimension. On the case that says 15.7 inches, a car model that was 15 1/8 inches barely fit.

Gloves is needed, or you end up cleaning your prints.

Purchase this unit for the first time and the last. Very disappointed in the design... very flimsy, I had to use clear tape along the edges to ensure any of the panels would not snap out of place and/or their joints while moving the display case with the display item from one side of a room to another. Would not recommend there has to be better units out there that are far more sturdy. Putting this together solo was also a huge nuisance as it really requires to people to hold the panels precisely when putting together. Did not have another person to assist me during assembly and this took 2x as long as expected to put together. I would not recommend, walk away and do your research for a better unit/product. I am not returning my unit only because I do not have the time currently to disassemble it and return it to an Amazon return spot, otherwise I definitely would... as I know the day I move of have to move the case again it will be a gamble it will not fall apart on me while doing so! Very disappointed based on many other's 5-star reviews. I just do not see how!

Nice quality! But the protective shields on each of the panes is VERY hard to get off when you look for a way to get them off. Patience! is needed. Really shows off the display piece.

It held my Home Alone Lego Set just fine! It works so great! It was easy to set up. Definitely a necessary purchase for any LEGO set when you have cats around. Not a bad price. It looks cool too!

I purchased this as a memorial for my dog who passed. I know that sounds somber or maybe morbid but it's been perfect to help us honor her.

Excellent display case. Good quality, easy to put together and it will keep dust off one of my models. Very pleased with it

This case is a perfect size for my James Bond DB5, easy to build and looks great.

Great quality clear material, came with free cleaning pad and gloves to handle the clear acrylic once you peel off the protective film. Expect to have to trim a little bit of the hooks with a cutter as you will need to in order to have it fit well, everything else exceeded my expectations. This comes with a free strip of led lights in case you wonder.
