Great for brownies or egg muffins
These little squares have worked out great for my breakfast brownies and Pico De Gayo Egg muffins. So far, they come right out of the mold with ease and in one piece. Cleaning isn't to bad either.

pretty good
I like that you can pop out the food, but so far I've only made banana bread in it and it definitely stick some to the bottom. You have to turn the corners inside out to really clean them. I don't know if just dishwasher would clean them. I want to try cooking egg bites for breakfast next.

Perfect for freezing eggs
One large egg just about fills one of the six cavities. Beat 6 eggs and fill the cavities, freeze the eggs, fill the brownie pan, cover with foil and freeze, then transfer to another container. The eggs don't stick to one another even packed into a single container in the freezer after they have been frozen. Ice cube trays don't work because the frozen eggs expand and are impossible to remove. These trays can turn each cavity inside out so the eggs can be removed with little effort. Frozen eggs can be stored for 6 months in the freezer. Defrost in the fridge overnight and use within 48 hours. The texture of the eggs will return when cooked, and the finished dish is indistinguishable from fresh.

A lot smaller than it looks in the pictures
I'm sure they're fine, but they're a lot smaller than I expected. The squares are only 2 inches on a side. Great for brownies I guess - I wanted to make square two-egg mcmuffins and they're too small for that.

I got these to make greek yogurt Klondike bars. I didn't want them as big as a Klondike and these are perfect. Bigger than a bite but not too big. Such a great purchase

I love them!
Wow, they are amazing. Put them in oven on cookie sheet and when I took them out, the brownie bites I made lifted right out, no sticking or anything. So easy to clean and they are flexible.
