Excellent delivery - slot was 11am - 3pm, and it arrived about 12/30, so well ahead of time. Lovely delivery people, who were very polite and helpful, put it in place, removed packing. No dents or marks on fridge, have to wait 3 hours to let it settle before turning on, so I cant comment on how it works yet. But very happy so far Having now had the fridge for a few days, I am happy to say it is working very well, freezer is excellent, and upper fridge part has plenty of room. I bought this when my under counter fridge (Neff, over 20 years old) packed up. I decided to get a fridge freezer to avoid multiple trips out to the garage where my main chest freezer lives. I can now store ice cream, ice cubes, etc in the kitchen - probably not going to do a lot for my waistline as access is now easier - which is saving a lot of trudging out to the garage. Very nice looking - my kitchen is all black & white, so blends in perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably-sized addition to their main freezer, and the fridge is big enough to store things for 2 or 3 people - a very large family would need something bigger.

When I was searching for a good fridge freezer for me I came across this beautiful piece and it grabbed my attention immediately even my wife sheared same thoughts about this fridge. So we decided to buy it and it arrived on our preferred time. It is very compact and easy to install does not make much noise, it is easy to make quick ice with the help of freezer, superior quality. And you can adjust temperature on your own.

Bought for my daughter, who wanted a black fridge freezer, this one was a no brainer, fast delivery on the chosen day by a good delivery guy. Not the biggest freezer but plenty for two people, nice sized fridge and easy to set up and get running. Happy Daughter, happy Dad.

The fridge arrived with a large dent in the side. Living in a top floor flat and with that panel being against a wall anyway I decided not to return it and simply covered it with the energy rating stickers. As I continued to prepare the product I needed to switch the way the door opened. The intructions were not really very relevant to this fridge model. Also the screw thread in the bottom bracket was corrupted so it was impossible to attach the nipple on which the freezer door sits. In the end I had to use a hammer to get it through. The fridge had crusty marks in spots and even on the inside looked had dirty patches that ai had to clean off. All of the 3 drawers inside have the same 'fish and meat' sticker. It came to me in awful condition and I really ought to have arranged for an immediate return, I don't believe it is brand new. Very disappointed in the quality of the item. I decided to spend a bit more to get a decent fridge freezer but this is a very regretful purchase. In fairness to Amazon they offered me a partial refund. I would not recommend this product.

Excellent value for money, this is perfect height for my elderly grandparents who use their wheelchairs to move around in the kitchen and they can use this fridge with ease, it’s not too high and easy to access. It looks neat and we are very happy with it. It is also quiet.

The freezer is OK but the fridge is very cramped.I have taken half of my things out as it is full of frost on the inside with a puddle of water if I do not allow a lot of breathing space between items.Ok for a single in a dorm who eats out a lot Not good for a couple with normal shopping habits.

Can't fault it as it's exactly what we wanted. Very quiet. Only had it a day but do not forsee problems. Only surprise was I had to pay £43.98 VAT plus £20.75 which contradict advert so paid £263.90 instead of £199.17. delivery fine.
