Intuition Windsurfing Instructional DVD

I rarely write reviews, but I feel this DVD deserves one...First, I would like to say "Thanks" to Guy. Your training skills translated well in this dvd and it help me immensely. I like how you replayed over and over the same steps and the Icons and Terminology....To anyone contemplating this DVD; Get it... It's worth the high price. It saved me a lot of time and frustration. Why?The dvd does what I wish more dvd's would do... Save me from hitting the "=" (Pause) and "<<" (Back) buttons to see something demonstrated. This dvd does that for you so you can see Guy demonstrate how to do it right and it also shows others (Novices like me) doing the same mistakes I made... It also breaks down the different components of Jibing (sp?) into 5 steps and then goes over and over them... I watched the first section 3 times, practiced in my living room for 10 minutes, went out on the water a few days later and was able to pretty much repeat what I had seen. Beautiful! No longer frustrated wondering "What the heck happened on that one..." Just doing it right, not falling and having to up haul again!Note: I don't know Guy Cribb. But I believe credit given where credit is due. This video is very watchable. He's a nice guy and I didn't sense any ego, just a genuine desire to help me to learn to windsurf. (Ugh um... Boardsailing still for me at this point)So, cough up the $55 bucks. you'll be glad you did.Robert Vignato, Florida

Awesome breakdown of gybe - and core skills. It won't teach you how to windsurf - but if you sail in footstraps, waterstart and are ready to advance to next level: high wind sailing, planning gybe - and gybe at all, this is the video. I love the drills which let one hone the "micro skills" more efficiently. I wish there were more DVDs by Guy Cribb ...

I saw reviews about this video before buying it and they said that the dvd was expensive for what it is, but once that I saw it I think it is complete worth it, even do that it's repetitive it gives you very good tips and what you pay here is the knowledge of this dude and the teaching this video provides you. Totally recommended

I'm mixed about this. I think what was sold to me was a ripped dvd, the quality was really low. The information in the dvd is good, he has good tips on how to sail better but the video quality of this one was bad.

It is very good video. It is very well explained but I think that is very expensive for just gybing teaching. For beginners and intermidiantes I guess.

Guy Cribb does what he says in this video...all you really need to know to learn how to gybe! Since watching it, the steps have all been imprinted into my brain, so I just need to put in the water time. Really simple in theory if you see how it's done!

Great content twice the price it should be. I repeat, great content twice the price it should be!! We're in the middle of a recession after all.
