MuchBuy Mini Controller Dimmer 3 Keys for RGB LED Strip Light

I purchased this to use with a partial strand of a Dreamlight 133 IP67 controller with a 12V 3A External power supply.It blinked a few times and burned out the IC circuit on the LED strip. I had to cut out 3ea 4" sections to connect to a unaffected IC circuit to get the strand working again. The color Mod or speed strip did not work as designed with the dream lights 133. It dimmed a bit and changed colors on some of the lights but not all.I check and rechecked + to + adaptor and made sure it was identical to the + marks on each side of the mini controller no change again it burned out sections of the LED strip, it seemed to get HOT then die.Do not use this for the Dreamlights.

After that two of the channels went dim. I am still able to use the red channel and thus my need is covered however if someone is using this for a 3 color switch they may want something else. I just needed a lite weight switch for led.

These switches are very cheaply made, I encounter the below issues:1. They heat very quickly, they get so hot that I got some melted plastic on my finger :(.2. The switch itself only function in the first two minutes or so, once it get hot nothing works and if you are stuck in a node you didn't want, it is necessary to cut the power, let it cool down and change mode / colour etc.Next time I will pay a few $$$ extra.

I'm working on a lighting display project and this little gem makes setting it up a breeze. It saves me a lot of soldering.

Works like a champ and can run a short sting from a 9v battery. Great for all sorts of remote applications!

Product is great but came with no instructions.
