Worked as a replacement for my 2002 ford ranger. I needed to replace the door handles and the internal plastic clips broke off, but these did the trick.

Fits 2001 Ford Ranger
Had no problem getting the new clip in and snapped in place. I couldnt find my old t20 torx wrench to take the window roller handle off so had to run to the store real quick and buy a set. I could actually see pretty good inside the door panel where you stick the clip. There was only one hole there so I knew that had to be it. I used the yellow one. I hope it stays in the hole. Right now it works good

Not OEM Quality
I ended up not being able to use a part from this kit as nothing in it met my needs. That's fine because I can tell the quality is on the cheaper side of things - definitely not OEM spec. The plastic seems cheap, thin and brittle but in a pinch this kit may work for your needs.
